3. Prices & Payment
All prices are listed in CHF unless specified. Payments are processed via secure third-party providers. Access to digital products is granted once payment is confirmed.
4. Refund Policy
Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. No refunds are issued once a product is downloaded or accessed. Advisory services are non-refundable once the engagement has begun.
5. Intellectual Property
All content, publications, brands, and materials are the exclusive property of Maison Velin. Redistribution, copying, or commercial use without written consent is strictly prohibited.
6. Data Protection
Personal data is used solely for communication, order processing, and newsletter subscription. Data is never sold or shared with third parties.

1. Nature of the Service
All sessions provided through Maison Velin, including advisory calls booked via Linktree, are strictly informational and advisory in nature.
They do not constitute financial, legal, tax, investment, or valuation advice.
The purpose of each session is to provide general market insights, professional opinions, and cultural-economic perspectives.
2. No Guarantee of Results
Maison Velin does not guarantee any specific outcome, result, financial return, or transaction following the advisory session.
Any decisions made by the client, including acquisitions, sales, lending arrangements, or other actions, remain entirely the client’s responsibility.
3. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Maison Velin and its representatives shall not be held liable for:

or any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
All advisory opinions are based on the information available at the time of the consultation and cannot be guaranteed for accuracy or completeness.
4. No Agency or Fiduciary Relationship
Participation in an advisory session does not create an agency, brokerage, or fiduciary relationship between Maison Velin and the client unless a separate written agreement is signed.
5. Client Responsibility
Clients remain solely responsible for conducting their own due diligence, obtaining independent professional advice (legal, tax, valuation, conservation), and making final decisions related to acquisitions, sales, or financial operations involving artworks.
6. Confidentiality
All information shared during the advisory session is treated with discretion.
However, Maison Velin cannot be held responsible for data transmitted via third-party platforms.
7. Cancellations & No-Shows
Payments for advisory calls are non-refundable unless otherwise specified 24hours in advance.
Missed appointments or late arrivals are the responsibility of the client.
8. Intellectual Property
All materials, insights, and documents shared by Maison Velin remain the intellectual property of Maison Velin and may not be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without written permission.
9. Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by Swiss law.
Any disputes arising from the advisory sessions or related services fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Zurich, Switzerland.
10. Acceptance of Terms
By booking and participating in an advisory call, the client acknowledges and agrees to these Terms & Conditions.
